Terms of Service (End-User License Agreement)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), which are the end-user license agreement (“EULA”) for the App, govern your use of the Intercession mobile application (“the App”), published by Rorschach Interactive LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. Before you can post anything to the prayer-intentions board, the App requires you to accept these Terms. The terms are presented to you on your way into the board; reading the board and praying for others do not require acceptance, posting does.

1. Who may use the App

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App, and you must be able to form a binding contract with us. The App is rated 18+ because it carries a community board of user-generated content that any user may post to. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are under 18, please do not use the App; if we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete its data.

2. The service

Intercession helps you pray the Rosary and participate in a community board of prayer intentions. You may browse the board and pray anonymously. To post a prayer intention, you must create an account. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Your content

“Your Content” means the prayer intentions and other material you submit. You retain ownership of Your Content. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the App for the purpose of operating the prayer board (for example, showing your intention to others so they can pray for it). This license ends when you delete Your Content, except for copies retained in routine backups or as required by law.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the right to submit it.

5. Community rules — zero tolerance

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. The board is a place for sincere prayer. Posting objectionable content, or behaving abusively toward other users, will result in the content being removed and your account being terminated — without warning, and at our sole discretion. By using the board you agree to this condition.

You agree not to submit content that:

• is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, or abusive;
• is sexually explicit, obscene, or gratuitously violent;
• promotes self-harm, or is used to harass or endanger others;
• contains spam, advertising, solicitations, or links;
• shares another person’s private information without permission;
• impersonates any person or misrepresents your affiliation.

Please avoid including sensitive personal details (such as full names, phone numbers, or addresses) in an intention, since the board is visible to other users.

6. Moderation and reporting

Intentions are screened by automated tools and may be reviewed by our team before appearing. We may remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts, that violate these Terms or that we judge harmful to the community, at our discretion. We are not obligated to publish any submission.

Every user can report an intention from the board, and can block any author — from the ⋯ menu on that author’s intention — so that nothing of theirs ever reaches them again. Blocking needs no cooperation from the person blocked, survives reinstalling the App, and can be reviewed or undone under Options → Blocked people. A reported intention is removed from the board immediately, before any human has looked at it, and is then reviewed. We act on reports within 24 hours: content that breaks these Terms stays down, and the account that posted it is terminated. You can also write to us at info@rorschachinteractive.com to report inappropriate activity; the same 24-hour commitment applies.

You may delete any intention you have posted at any time, from My Intentions in the app. It disappears from the board immediately.

7. Not a crisis or professional service

Intercession is a prayer app. It is not a counseling, medical, mental-health, or emergency service, and it is not a substitute for professional help. If you or someone else may be in danger or crisis, contact your local emergency number or a qualified crisis line immediately. The App may display supportive resources, but it cannot provide, and does not provide, emergency assistance.

8. Optional support purchases

The App is free. You may optionally make one-time in-app purchases to support the App’s upkeep. These purchases unlock no features and confer no additional access. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store (Google Play or the Apple App Store), and their terms and refund policies apply. Because these are optional gifts of support rather than the purchase of goods or premium features, they are generally non-refundable except where required by law or store policy.

9. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, software, text, and graphics (excluding Your Content), is owned by Rorschach Interactive LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any intention will be prayed for.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rorschach Interactive LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rorschach Interactive LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of Your Content or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and may request deletion of your account (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Rorschach Interactive LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. [Confirm the governing state with your legal counsel.]
